How to Scan a Scorecard

  1. Open the SnapCard app on your iPhone or iPad
  2. Tap the camera button to take a photo of your scorecard
  3. Ensure good lighting and the scorecard is in focus
  4. Review the scanned scores and make any corrections if needed
  5. Save your round to track your performance

Subscription & Payment Issues

  • Manage subscriptions: Go to your iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → SnapCard Golf
  • Cancel anytime: You can cancel your subscription through Apple's subscription management
  • Payment issues: Contact Apple Support or email us at support@snapcardgolf.app
  • Free trial: Your first scan is always free. No credit card required.

Troubleshooting

  • Scan not working? Check your internet connection and try again with better lighting
  • App crashes? Update to the latest version from the App Store
  • Can't log in? Try signing in with your Apple ID or Google account again
  • Data not syncing? Ensure you're connected to the internet and signed in
