Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using the SnapCard Golf mobile application and website operated by SnapCard Golf, LLC ("us", "we", or "our").

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

End User License Agreement (EULA)

If you access SnapCard Golf through the Apple App Store, your use of the app is also governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA), available at:

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to use SnapCard Golf for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

  • modify or copy the materials;
  • use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial);
  • attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on SnapCard Golf's website or app;
  • remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials; or
  • transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server.

3. Disclaimer

The materials on SnapCard Golf are provided "as is". We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

4. Limitations

In no event shall SnapCard Golf or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on SnapCard Golf, even if SnapCard Golf or a SnapCard Golf authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

5. Subscription & Payments

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle"). Billing cycles are set either on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the type of subscription plan you select when purchasing a Subscription.

Subscriptions are managed through Apple's App Store. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings. Refunds are subject to Apple's refund policy. SnapCard Golf does not process refunds directly.

By purchasing a subscription, you agree to pay the applicable fees. Subscription fees are charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

6. Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
